Terms & Discounts
Our terms are 5% 10 days/ Net 30. That means we expect to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. We would like to get paid sooner, so we are offering a 5% Early Payment Discount for those invoices paid within 10 days of the invoice date.
I send out the invoices promptly, ensuring that those sent via snail mail are postmarked within one day of the invoice date. I will use the postmark on the envelopes containing payments when calculating the availablility of the Early Payment Discount.
Interest will be changed on all overdue invoice amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month. New orders for accounts with non-disputed balances exceeding 45 days old will be accepted on a COD basis only. Orders for accounts with non-disputed balances in excess of 60 days old will not be accepted until all overdue invoices are paid in full.
